Implementing Plan No. 890/KH-DHDL-BGH-CD dated August 23, 2022 of Dalat University on organizing the Conference of teachers, education managers and employees in the 2022-2023 school year; and Notice No. 977/TB-DHDL-BGH-CD dated September 14, 2022 of Dalat University on the form of organization and time adjustment of the Conference of teachers, education managers and employees, on the morning of October 28, 2022, Dalat University successfully organized the Conference of teachers, education managers, and employees in the 2022-2023 school year. The university aims to summarize and evaluate the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Conference of the 2021-2022 school year, develop and discuss the direction, key tasks and main goals in the 2022-2023 school year.
The conference was attended by Dr. Le Minh Chien – Secretary of the Party Committee, President of Dalat University; Dr. Nguyen Van Vinh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Dalat University Board of Trustees; Dr. Mai Minh Nhat, Member of the Standing Committee of Party Committee, Vice President of Dalat University; Dr. Le Thi Quynh Hao, Party Committee member, President of DLU’s Trade Union; the members in the Party Committee, the Executive Board, the Board of Trustees, the Executive Committee of the university’s Trade Union; Executive Committee of HCM Communist Youth Union – Vietnam National Union of Student of the University; Veterans’ Association; former leaders of the Party Committee and the University Executive Board, former leaders of the University’s Trade Union; along with 163 delegates from all units of the University.
Under the chairmanship of Dr. Le Minh Chien – Secretary of the Party Committee, President of Dalat University and Dr. Le Thi Quynh Hao – President of the University’s Trade Union, the delegates listened to the report summarizing the 2021 – 2022 school year and the direction and tasks of the 2022 – 2023 school year; Report on financial performance in 2021, financial situation in 2022, and financial plan in 2023; Report of the Board of Trustees; Report on emulation results and launch emulation – commendation movement; Report of the People’s Inspection Committee; The report summarizes the contributions of the units. With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Conference received many comments, discussions, and explanations of the participants on educational activities, research, finance, administrative organizations, etc., in order to further improve the quality of all activities of the University, and at the same time, contribute to providing solutions to successfully implement the main goals in the 2022 – 2023 school year.
Also at this conference, with the high consensus of teachers, education administrators and employees, Dr. Le Minh Chien – Secretary of the Party Committee, President of Dalat University and Dr. Le Thi Quynh Hao – Chairwoman of the University’s Trade Union signed the Emulation Covenant, demonstrating determination and emulation to successfully implement the tasks of the new school year, promoting experience and wisdom, innovation and creativity by the collective of staff, associated with the responsibility of the leader to achieve breakthrough achievements in the 2022 – 2023 school year. After a period of serious work, the Conference unanimously approved the Resolution for the 2022 – 2023 school year. The conference called on all staff in the whole University to promote their achievements, strive to successfully complete the main directions, tasks and goals of the school year, for the cause of innovation and development of Dalat University, firmly consolidating the social prestige and further enhancing the University’s position in the Vietnamese higher education system, towards the goal of developing Dalat University into a prestigious university in Asia.
