On the morning of January 5, 2023, the delegation of Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee led by Mr. Pham S – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee visited Dalat University on the occasion of the approaching Lunar New Year. Accompanying the delegation were leaders of the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, and the Office of the People’s Committee of Lam Dong Province.
Welcoming the delegation, on the side of Dalat University, there were the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Vice Presidents, and leaders of functional departments of the University.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham S briefly stated the results of the province’s socio-economic tasks in 2022. Overall, the province had a good growth rate, most of the tasks met and exceeded the set targets. That common achievement has a significant contribution of Dalat University, especially in human resource training, research, application of science and technology in all areas of life. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee hopes that in 2023, Dalat University will continue to accompany the locality in activities that are strengths of the University, contributing more strongly to the construction of Lam Dong province. On the occasion of the approaching Lunar New Year, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee sent his greetings and wished all staff and students of the University a happy and healthy New Year.
In response to the Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the DLU’s Board of Trustees expressed his gratitude toward the New Year wishes and encouragement from the leaders of Lam Dong province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. At the same time, he also expressed that the leaders of Dalat University will continue to promote the achievements and propagandize and mobilize all staff and students of the University to abide by the guidelines of the Party and policies and laws of the State, actively participate and contribute to the development of Lam Dong Province.
