According to an announcement by the ASEAN Citation Index (ACI) on July 25, 2023, the Dalat University Journal of Science (DLU-JOS) has passed re-evaluation and will continue to be indexed in the ACI. The announcement disclosed that 405 out of 661 journals, including 20 out of 26 Vietnamese journals, passed re-evaluation this year.
The Dalat University Journal of Science (ISSN: 0866-787X) has been indexed in the ASEAN Citation Index since 2017 and is one of the first six Vietnamese scholarly journals to achieve that distinction. Moreover, the DLU-JOS is the first multidisciplinary scholarly journal in Vietnam published by a national institution to be approved as a full member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (since 2018). It has been indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals since 2018, awarded the DOAJ Seal in 2020, and accepted as an official partner of Publons (powered by the Web of Science) since 2021.
