Dalat University and Lam Dong Association of Vietnamese Folklorists: More than a decade of companionship

Lam Dong Association of Vietnamese Folklorists currently has 22 active members, of which more than half (13 members) are lecturers of Dalat University. Since the establishment decision (October 10, 2009) until now, Dalat University has had 13 years of accompanying and creating good conditions for the Association’s activities. Many members-lecturers have been rewarded by the Association of Vietnamese Folklorists (Second and Third Prizes for Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Hong, Second Prize for Dr. Luu Thi Hong Viet, Third Prize for Dr. Le. Hong Phong and Dr. Le Thi Quynh Hao, 3 B prize for Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Dung); Lam Dong province also awarded the B prize to Dr. Le Thi Quynh Hao, C prize for Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Dung. In order to recognize and praise the Association’s contributions to the cause of preserving and promoting the folklore identity of the Central Highlands, the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee presented certificates of merit to the Association in 2012, 2017, and 2019.
