Implement the Instruction No. 06-HD/BTCTU dated February 23, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission on Guidelines for the Cells Congress under the grassroots Party Committee, term 2022 – 2025; Implement the Instruction No. 73-HD/BTGTU dated March 11, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department on guiding the propaganda, decoration of ceremonies, opening and closing of Cell Congress under the grassroots Party Committee, term 2022 – 2025; Implement Plan No. 26-KH/DU dated May 27, 2022 of the Party Committee of Dalat University on the organization of the Dalat University Party Committee’s Cells Congress, term 2022 – 2025.
From June 17 to July 1, 2022, the Party Committee of Da Lat University had 20/20 (100%) cell successfully organized the Congress for the term 2022 – 2025 in a practical and effective manner, promoting democracy in parallel with upholding the Party’s principles and discipline, ensuring the strengthening of solidarity, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of all levels of Party committees and organizations; attaching importance to quality, safety, thrift; promoting the intelligence and responsibility of the Party Committee, Party cell and members, officials, and learners in the entire Party Committee.
On the afternoon of June 17, 2022, the Party Committee of Dalat University selected the Party Cell of the Department group No. 1 to hold the model congress, elect the Party Committee and positions in the Party Committee for the term 2022 – 2025 including 03 comrades, in which comrade Phan Tuan Anh was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party cell of the Department group No. 1.
On the basis of the success of the model congress, the remaining cells successfully organized the Cell Congress, elected the Party Committee and elected the titles of Secretary, Deputy Secretary for the term 2022 – 2025, ensuring the correct process, selecting qualified personnel with good quality, capacity, and reputation; and at the same time approved the Resolution of the Congress and the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress for the term 2022 – 2025.
The political reports presented at the congresses comprehensively assessed the results achieved in the previous term, and frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings in order to set out consitent goals, directions, tasks and solutions implemented in the new term which are suitable to the reality of the unit in all aspects such as: Political and ideological education; leadership in performing political tasks; improve the quality, renovate the contents and modes of operation of the branch; coordinate leadership in building units and socio-political organizations, inspecting, supervising, and managing Party members; implementing the Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee, term XI, term XII in association with promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style, implementing regulations that set an example.
In the 2022 – 2025 term, the Cells will continue to unite, overcome difficulties, define specific goals, targets, tasks and solutions, strive to fulfill the assigned political tasks, achieve comprehensive results in all aspects of work, carry out Party building work, and build strong units and unions.
