Thereby, contributing to provide human resources for socio-economic development of the country and especially in the Central Highlands and South Central Coast.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>At the time of establishment in 2001, the Dalat University Faculty of Law Studies was known as one of the first 6 law training institutions in the country with the mission of training, research, and transfer technology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>Dr. Nguyen Thi Loan &#8211; Dean of the Dalat University Faculty of Law Studies said: Currently, the Faculty of Law Studies has a team of staff and lecturers who are young, but enthusiastic about their profession and strong in their expertise with 1 associate professor, 6 PhD, 7 doctoral students, 10 master&#8217;s graduates, together with the lecturers, visiting lecturers, and experts who are qualified to meet the tasks according to the educational programmes of the school.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>Currently, the Faculty of Law Studies is providing undergraduate training in two majors: 1) Law Studies and 2) Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. The Faculty of Law Studies is also one of the few law training institutions that has successfully completed the education quality accreditation and been granted a certificate of law programme accreditation (in 2022) according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>With the direction of the Executive Board, the Board of Trustees, and the support of relevant functional departments, the Faculty of Law Studies has completed the appraisal and preparation of legal documents to open the master&#8217;s programme in Law Studies. This is an important step in the process of building and growing the Faculty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>In the past, when the number of staff was still little, the Faculty of Law Studies has always united to overcome many difficulties together to successfully complete the task of training, joint training, research, and improve professional qualifications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>Up to now, with many staff and lecturers including associate professors, PhDs and master&#8217;s graduates, the Faculty of Law Studies has really grown up. Every year, the percentage of staff and lecturers with published research articles is always over 70%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>The Faculty of Law Studies also cooperates with many domestic and foreign partners to organize many conferences and seminars in many practical and useful topics. Staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Law Studies have published hundreds of high quality books and research articles. Staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Law Studies are always recognized by the universities for excellent completion of their tasks. Many staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Law Studies were rewarded and praised by the universities and the goverment. Faculty of Law Studies is continuously evaluated and ranked for excellent completion of tasks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>Currently, the number of students per year of the Faculty of Law Studies is stable with about 2,500 students. During the process of formation and development from 2001 up to now, the Dalat University Faculty of Law Studies has trained about 30,000 law students with political qualities, professional capacity and health, making a positive contribution to the training of the school and the socio-economic development of Lam Dong, the Central Highlands and the whole country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>Many alumni of the Faculty of Law Studies are currently working, studying and working in all parts of the country; Many people are currently holding important positions in the political system, local government, and judicial system. Bachelor of Laws from Dalat University is recognized and appreciated by society for their ability to learn, persevere, constantly overcome difficulties, develop, accompany, care, share difficulties with their workplace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>During the process of formation and development, the Faculty of Law Studies also experienced difficulties and challenges, but the staff and lecturers in the Faculty were always united and cooperated with each other to successfully complete many important tasks. contribute to the building and development of the Faculty of Law Studies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>Dr. Le Minh Chien &#8211; Secretary of the Party Committee, President of Dalat University said: &#8220;Through the association of activities, from the first day of establishment of the Department of Law Studies, the unit has grown to become the Faculty of Law Studies, the development has a solid foundation of more than 20 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>The Party Committee, the University&#8217;s Executive Board hope that in the coming time, the Faculty will constantly grow stronger, continue to improve professional qualifications, have many associate professors, professors, and PhDs, and continue to improve internal resources for training and educating generations of high-quality students, not only completing the task of enforcing the balance of justice, but also joining in the process of globalization, meeting the increasing demands of society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>The university recognizes and appreciates the great contributions of the academic staff who have participated in teaching since the Faculty&#8217;s establishment. We wish and expect the Faculty of Law Studies to be stronger, to provide more high-quality education, to bring law knowledge into the breath of daily life to serve the People and the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>     <\/em><\/strong>In the new period, facing new opportunities and challenges, the leaders and lecturers of the Faculty of Law Studies always determine that each official have to constantly improve their capacity and professional qualifications to contribute to improving education and training quality.
